FotoAsia would be glad to give you a total refund only under the following circumstances. All other sales are final: i) The image/s you purchased is/are defective and you inform us within SEVEN days of your purchase. FotoAsia will, at FotoAsia's option, repair or replace the product/s or refund the purchase price. ii) If you receive items you did not order, kindly send us an e-mail with the Image ID/Description of your purchase and the Image Number/ Description of the item/s received. We will arrange to replace the product/s or refund the purchase price within 24 hours. |
